This apartment refit included an open-plan living and kitchen area on the second level with two double bedrooms on the ground floor. Boasting a large outdoor terrace on the upper level, soaking up the sun has never been easier in this modernised duplex apartment.

This project required some thinking outside the box, formerly a dated and dull property, this newly refurbished duplex apartment was given a new lease of life with a much brighter modern finish in white and grey. The upstairs area was the wrong layout, so we opened up the kitchen and constructed a large media wall to modernise the living space.

The balcony had great potential due to its fantastic size and views, the space had been wasted so we transformed it and gave it the holiday terrace feel where you can sit out and enjoy the summer days and nights as an extension to the living room.

We dedicated a room to a very personal space for the couple who met at a Billy Idol concert in Las Vegas. It had to be a mutually beneficial multi-functioning space for the both of them and offer a tanning area with sun bed for her and an office studio for him. It also doubles up as a second bedroom with bespoke double bunk-bed for when family wish to stay over.
