Returns
We are sure you’ll be more than satisfied with your purchase but if, for any reason you would like to return your purchase, you can do so. You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it. Made to order and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Items which have been assembled or partly assembled will not be able to be returned. We can arrange collection of your return for a pre-agreed fee of usually around £100 for bulkier items, depending on size/weight. Please check over your purchase as soon has it arrived. On the rare occasion that your item has been damaged in transit please let us know within 24hrs of receiving it so we can get it replaced quickly and for free. If you decide you don’t want a fault free replacement, you will be responsible for the return cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@anthonymartininterior.design
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@anthonymartininterior.design and send your item to: Anthony Martin Interior Design, Yorkshire Pickups, Old William St, Stanningley, Leeds LS28 6JR
Shipping
To return your product, you should email info@anthonymartininterior.design to organise a collection date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
